David K. Henriksen
Co-Founder and Board Chair

After nearly 25 years in Technology , David joined his colleagues from McKesson to start DevSuccess.com. DevSuccess.com was launched to help technology companies around the globe benefit from supplemental development staffing while improving product life cycle discipline and delivery. Prior to DevSuccess.com, David was the President and CEO of Giving Company where he led the company to a successful exit with 3 separate transactions while providing also multiple water points in Africa and helping rescue girls from trafficking. He is passionate about combining successful business ventures with a commitment to giving and serving the marginalized around the world.

Prior to joining Giving Company in 2015, David served as President and CEO of Nextech Systems in Tampa, FL. Prior to Nextech, David served as President of the Healthcare Information Solutions business at Care stream Health, Senior Vice President/General Manager at McKesson Corporation, and VP/GM at General Electric Healthcare.

David earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and holds an MBA from the J.L.Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with concentrations in Marketing, Finance, and International Business. David currently resides on the Board of Directors of ChiroHD, Revelation Media, and Para.Mar Dance Theatre. He has previously held Board positions at Giving Company, Nextech Systems, the Willow Creek Association, the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, and the Technology Association of Georgia.

Ponce Kenton
Co-Founder and Board Member

Ponce has over 25 years of experience building and leading high-performing global IT organizations to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle and bring cutting-edge enterprise-level solutions to market. Ponce currently is the CTO at RegEd where he is responsible for the company’s technology and innovation strategy. Ponce earned a bachelor’s degree from University of South Carolina with a degree in Computer Science.

Kara Erlandsen
Co-Founder and Board Member

Kara Erlandsen has over 20 years of Product Management experience, both in the trenches ensuring requirements equate to customer success and delight, as well as managing teams of Product Managers and their portfolios. She has held leadership positions at McKesson, NextGen Healthcare and most recently Kroger. In these roles, she has been responsible for building large-scale products from the ground up and has also jumped in mid-stream to meet customers and products wherever they may be in the lifecycle. Her passion for the people on her team is as big as it is for the products they manage. In addition to mentoring and leading other Product Managers, Kara has a love for defining Product processes and providing tools to make them successful.

Kara graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelors of Arts in Journalism and an emphasis on Public Relations.
